A couple of weeks ago, I mass emailed for a house cleaner. My lovely friend Anja recommended a gal Heidi.
When she quoted me, I fell over. I was asked to pay 6 times as much by large Walmart Cleaning Company of Merry Maids who said quote, "we need to cover our workers' minimum wage at almost $200 a cleaning." My response "Oh yeah with being unemployed and consulting I understand and wouldn't want that so I am going to have to decline your services."
Today I came home to the cleanest, sparkly house ever. And they love pets and were not annoyed with clutter and I am so blissed out.
